Received defective / wrong item

If the items is confirmed defect due to manufacturing problems / send by mistake, We will cover all expenses included product fee and shipping fees, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for two shipping fees. We may charge you extra $30 as processing and custom clearance fee, and we are not responsible for the return shipping fee.

Wonderful sword, unfortunately the cross guard was loose and would shake/rattle. Easily fixed with steel shims and steel epoxy.

Love the swors. Great price quality. Balance etc is exactly like my feder so good to have this for cutting practice and my feder for HEMA! Lookong forward for perhaps a dagger or rondel from ROM. A warhammer and some Francisca throwing axes (preferably with steel handles for durability because my wooden ones from other smiths break) would be awesome. Whatever it is, keep up the good work!

Sword arrived sooner than expected, which was great. This is my first longsword and it doesn’t disappoint. The blade is overall very sharp with some spots sharper than others. Fit and finish is excellent, with the stitching being nice and tight. I look forward to buying more swords particularly the Dragon Whisperer V2 but I hope that by then I can get the V1 pommel instead of the fishtail pommel. Overall it was a pleasant experience ordering from ROM.

This sword is extraordinary! I dare say, even better than the Dragonwhisper. The handling of the sword in particular feels fantastic and is the highlight for me. The thinner wire grip also does not dig into the hand at all, compared to the thicker one on the Dragonwhisper. My only gripe with the sword was that it was not very sharp at all, inconsistent edge as well, but other than that... I would say this is my favorite sword in my possession.

To summarize, I love it. I have a number of 1500+ dollar swords. I’m not showing off, I’m trying to emphasize how good this sword is. It’s both one of my sons and my favorite cutting swords. It’s a razor. It’s very comfortable and really fun. I saw all the v.1 and v.2 reviews and was curious but I hated the black on black coloring that denotes a Chinese manufacturer. This got announced and I jumped at it. I don’t regret it. I use it for my kids to cut or an inexperienced cutters to try. I use it too.
