Refund policy
Romanceofmen is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. All of our products (except personal care or custom products) comes with 30 days guarantee, if you are not happy with the product by any reasons, you may return it within 30 days of the product received date. Please contact us hello@romanceofmen.com to process your return / refund request.
Received defective / wrong item
If the items is confirmed defect due to manufacturing problems / send by mistake, We will cover all expenses included product fee and shipping fees, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for two shipping fees. We may charge you extra $30 as processing and custom clearance fee, and we are not responsible for the return shipping fee.
Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
Return conditions:

- Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer, unless we've made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
- Upon receiving your email request for a Return or Exchange, a Customer Service Representative will email you return instructions with the address on where you need to ship your item back to.
- Refund will be issued once we received and inspected the returned item. We will deduct our shipping fee from your refund.
- Items must be clean, unused, undamaged and returned in original packaging, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund
- Defective Merchandise: We double check every item before shipping, but if you receive a product that is defective, you must report this problem within 3 days of receipt using the notification procedure outlined above.

If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship with our product, please contact us immediately. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible under this guarantee. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurements, color, or design may occur. Any remedy for an unintentional error in the description, pricing, or availability is at our discretion.
