Our Shipping Process

Thank you for choosing Romanceofmen, here is how our shipping process works once we received your order:

1) Order Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days

For handmade items, we will need 1-3 business days to complete the order. High performance swords, or complex design swords might require extra process time, which we will make clear on the product page. 

* Custom Order may take 15-30 days, shipping time should be confirmed prior to order.

2) Shipping time: 5-12 Business Days (USA & Canada)

                            7-15 Business Days (Rest of the world)

Most orders were delivered within, or even earlier than the timeframe above. We used UPS express for most of our orders to provide a better shopping experience. 

Tracking number will be provided once the shipment is with our carrier.

* Note :Please understand that due to Covid-19 shipment to some countries might experience delay, which we really don't have control of. Kindly understand.

Other Rules

We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes, Puerto Rico and all outlying US territories.

Consider our products are special, please check out your local customs laws and regulation before placing the order.

Buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. Buyers bear the risk of orders being held or destroyed by the customs department.

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for the package was sent to the wrong address due to the customer provided the incorrect shipping address when place the order. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address. Once we ship out the package, we are not able to retrieve, redirect, or otherwise interfere with the shipment to its destination.

If you want to change delivery address, please do so within 2 days after you place the order.
