Received defective / wrong item
If the items is confirmed defect due to manufacturing problems / send by mistake, We will cover all expenses included product fee and shipping fees, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for two shipping fees. We may charge you extra $30 as processing and custom clearance fee, and we are not responsible for the return shipping fee.
Cancel Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.

Clay tempering method is to apply clay on the spine of the blade, and mainly tempering the edge. This results a hardened edge and softened spine, makes it ideal for cutting.

This is my 5th sword from ROM. I wanted to see how well the mirror polish was on the t10 and it is amazing. If you are a fan of One Piece this is the Wado to get. Beautiful blade nice solid wrap and the simplicity of the tsuba is actually really comfortable when handling.

Required some diy fixes to make it work but for me the price makes up for the small faults. My only sword, so can't really comment on feel, but I've really enjoyed it. Well worth it.

For the price, I'm actually not mad, but there are flaws. 3 different parts of the sword are loose and need gluing, and the saya is leaving a lot of wood debris on the blade over time. I was able to clean the inside of the saya a bit, which helped, and the customer service is good, just know that for this price the sword is not without it's flaws.
