What is Fusedake Yumi of Samurai Armor?
"Fusedake Yumi" is a bow that was improved around the end of the Heian period to extend the shooting range. It is made by attaching bamboo to the outside of the Marumokiyumi (a bow made of round timber) that had been used until then.
