The term "一枚張筋伏の兜" or "Ichimaibari Sujifuse Kabuto" refers to a type of samurai helmet that was made during the late Heian period to the Kamakura period. The bowl part of the helmet was hammered out into a hemispherical shape from a single iron plate.
