What is Shihan and Shiho of Samurai Armor?

"Shihan" and "Shiho" are types of flags or decorations that were attached to the back of the "Tosei Gusoku" armor. "Shiho" refers to a square-shaped pointer, while "Shihan" refers to a rectangular pointer with a width-to-height ratio of 2:3.
