What is Yanagui of Samurai Armor?

"Yanagui" is a tool used to hold arrows and attach them to the waist. It is a cylindrical arrow holder made of leather and bamboo. It has been used since the Kofun period and was widely used during the Nara period. However, with the advent of the practical "Ebiras" (arrow holders) in the Heian period, it later became a decorative weapon used in ceremonies.
